FAQ

Questions, answered

The things people ask us before they join. If yours isn’t here, send it over — an owner answers every message.

Ask us a question
What is the current status of OAK?

OAK is currently a concept we intend to open in the South Gilbert area. We have received a lot of initial interest for a space like this and so we wanted to get our concept out to the community. We are ready to move forward as soon as our Founding Member slots have been filled. Send us a message if you’d like to learn more or help with our buildout.

How do I become a Founding Member?

We have received great early interest and decided to open up Memberships early. There are 50 Founding Memberships, and the founding rate is locked for the life of your membership. There is no deposit and nothing to pay today — add your name to the list and an owner will call you to walk through the club and what your membership includes. Once the founding spots are close to full, a deposit will be required to secure one.

Are there different membership tiers?

No. There is one membership and it covers the whole club — the bays, the PuttView green and the lounge, any hour we are open, with no session caps and no booking limits. If you are a member you are a member, and when you use it is up to you. What changes is the price as the club fills: $300 every four weeks for the first 50 founding members, then $360, then $400. Whatever rate you join at is yours for as long as you stay a member. Membership is capped at 250 — when it is full there is a waitlist rather than a busier club.

When do you open, and what are the hours?

Oak will be open 5am to midnight, seven days a week. We will share the opening date as the build-out progresses.

How will I book bay time?

Log in on oakgolfclub.com and book bay time in the TrackMan app, on your phone or desktop. Members can also come in and use open bays without a booking.

Can I bring guests and family?

Yes. Guests play free when they come with you, and so do kids under 14. Family members who want their own membership join at 50% off.

Is Oak a good place for kids and juniors?

Yes. Kids under 14 play free with a member, and Oak will partner with local schools and teams to give the next generation of golfers a place to grow. There is no dress code and families are welcome any hour we are open.

What’s the BYOB policy?

You can bring your own food and drinks (no alcohol) and can enjoy them anywhere in the club except the PuttView green.

What happens to my Founding Membership if we don’t open?

Nothing. You have paid nothing and owe nothing — joining the founding list costs you only the conversation. We don’t see this happening as we want to use this facility just as much as you do.
